A glimpse into my story


I'm a wife and mother of 4 dedicated to helping women live fit and balanced lives.

After my 2nd child I embarked on my own weight loss journey and lost 60lbs of baby weight. That lit my fire and passion for fitness.

I became certified and started teaching small group classes around my city, in local parks, community centers.

I am now a full time stay at home mom and business owner. My mission is to help women live balanced, free and victorious lives and help mothers find themselves again after childbirth.


I help women realize that taking care of yourself spiritually, mentally and physically while juggling life's demands is achievable. You can be in the best shape of your life no matter how many hats you wear.
